Experienced and Michelin-trained
Chef Lee has a passion for creating unique and exquisite dishes. Specialising in blending modern European techniques and contemporary Andalusian cuisine with authentic Caribbean and African influences. Well-versed in using locally sourced, fresh and in-season produce. Extensive experience in catering for momentous occasions, corporate events, weddings and working as a private chef for world-famous musicians and bands. Strong background in fine dining, having trained with renowned chefs like Gordon Ramsay, Gary Rodes and Marco Pierre White.
